Times how quickly your browser can reach several DNS-over-HTTPS (DoH) providers, so you can pick a fast one if you're configuring Secure DNS in your browser or Private DNS on Android.
This measures how long it takes your browser to open a connection to each provider's DNS-over-HTTPS endpoint - not the plain DNS your device uses by default. DoH adds a full TCP and TLS handshake on top of the actual query, so these numbers will be noticeably higher than typical "ping" or system DNS speed; that's expected and doesn't mean anything is wrong.
Important: this ranks DoH providers specifically - it is not a reliable proxy for which provider would be fastest for your device's normal, non-DoH DNS lookups. Providers don't necessarily use the same network footprint for their DoH service as their plain DNS service, and different providers support different underlying protocols (some support HTTP/3, which has cheaper connection setup than HTTP/2), so the ranking here can genuinely differ from a plain DNS speed test. Use this specifically to choose a DoH/Secure DNS provider, not as a general DNS speed benchmark.
